This might seem a strange customer review because I did not have a plumber call out to me but they managed to fix my problem over the phone free of charge. I rang this company yesterday (Sunday 12th July) because I had no water in my bathroom and I could not shower or use the toilet. I spoke to a guy called Patrick and he was so understanding and helpful. He was able to establish that the problem was with my water pump. He said he might be able to help me fix the problem over the phone. He got me to carry out a couple of things and my pump started working again. He fixed it free of charge over the phone. Great service and I will definiately use when I need a plumber to callout. Thank you once again Patrick for your help.

This is the second time that I have used Patrick and the team and it was for a rented property with a leaking immersion. They came and replaced at the day and time promised and communicated well with the tenant to arrange access etc.

Excellent prompt friendly service from Patrick and team. Leaking kitchen tap was a problem and they came out replaced it in quick time. Can highly recommend their services.

Excellent service from Patrick.rang him early on sunday morning about water leaking from attic and he was at house by 12.old galvinised attic tank was leaking and needed to be replaced. They stopped the leak and came back monday morning and replaced the tank. Very open and honest to deal with. Will use again.
